Northern Lights Tattoo will be a partner for the 2017 Spenard Motorcycle Rally, August 6th through 13th 2017. Melissa Seagull will be tattooing on site at the Rally. The times for getting tattooed on site, at the House of Harley, are as follows:
Thursday: 4pm- 7pm
Friday: 2pm- 8pm
Saturday 9am- 12pm and 4pm- 7pm
